The first Community Meeting of the year will take place on 27 January 2025 from 15:30 to 17:00 CET on Zoom!

This time, the meeting will be chaired by Michał Grabowski (University of Łódź). Kasia Fantoni (Naturalis Biodiversity Center, NL) will share some updates about iBOL Europe’s Working Groups.
Rutger Vos (Naturalis Biodiversity Center, NL) will discuss BOLD v5, the latest version of the Barcode of Life Data Systems, launched in Autumn 2024.
Maria J. Santos (University of Zurich, CH) and Meredith Christine Schuman (University of Zurich, CH) will give a talk about OBSGESSION, the EU-funded project addressing the challenges of biodiversity decline by integrating methods and technologies to assess and predict biodiversity change and its drivers.
Rodolphe Rougerie (French National Museum of Natural History, FR) will share insights from the launch of FrBOL, the French iBOL National Node, in November 2024.
