Today, we are publishing the recording of the presentation in which Ben Price (Natural History Museum of London) and Stephan Kuehbandner (Bavarian State Collections of Natural History) presented the reference library curation pipeline and tool developed within the BGE project during the community meeting in June 2025. The pipeline helps automate the analysis of data on BOLD by processing and curating barcode reference sequence data. The curation tool is a decentralised browser interface designed to help taxonomic experts build a curated DNA barcode reference library for European animal species.
